Welcome. I am Sarah and I am an herbalist and life coach. I was born in the fabulous 1969. I have lived in the extremes of heat and cold and now happily reside in the desert. I adore working with children and spent many years volunteering my hours within our hard working classrooms. I have a B.A. degree in Psychology and studied at Clayton College of Natural Health as well as the Southwest Institue of Healing Arts. I have used herbs, natural medicine, and conversational catharsis personally as well as professionally for more than a decade and have been moved in my own life by our own ability to both defeat and elevate ourselves! I want to help you soar!!
